I'd like to see an option to edit a subject line; either for the original poster or for a moderator.

And after that, edited the subject of my reply.
Edit the original post to edit the subject of the whole thread

There's also another way to do that.
  • First, create your own dummy topic.
  • Merge the topic whose subject you don't like with your, newly created one.
  • During merging process, change the topic name.
  • Delete your message.
  • End.

Ah, so you too found Littlefoot's answer kind of stupid?

I think my post may have been misunderstood or misinterpreted. The quote "There are no stupid questions, just stupid answers" was directed at joy_division but the extra stuff was NOT.

By placing the quote and my 'bile dump' (which was directed at the people who place the same question in multiple forums) in the same paragraph was wrong. I should have put them in separate paragraphs. My apologies if I offended anyone.

I understood you David, I just saw a nice opportunity to 'tickle' Littlefoot.
Seen by his reaction, he too understood you well.
